Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: May 2, 2026
Last Updated: May 2, 2026

1. Our Commitment

CallSaver, a service of Prosimian Labs LLC (“CallSaver,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to making our website and product accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

2. Conformance Target

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for the public-facing pages on callsaver.ai and the customer dashboard. This includes:

  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
  • Keyboard-only navigation for interactive elements.
  • Alternative text for informative images.
  • Clear heading structure and consistent landmarks.
  • Form fields with labels and accessible error messages.
  • Captions or transcripts for video content where applicable.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of our site may not yet fully meet our accessibility target. Known limitations include:

  • Some embedded third-party content (for example, the Cal.com booking widget and the LiveKit demo player) is provided by external vendors and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We monitor vendor accessibility roadmaps and prefer accessible alternatives where available.
  • Older blog posts and demo pages may not have alt text on every decorative image.
  • The voice agent itself is an audio-first experience. For users who cannot interact with audio, we offer text-based alternatives via email and our contact form.

We work to address known issues on an ongoing basis and welcome feedback that helps us prioritize fixes.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our site is designed to work with current versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you encounter a page that does not work as expected with your assistive technology, please let us know.

5. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you experience an accessibility barrier on our website or in our product, please contact us so we can fix it. We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days.

6. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state laws. In California, you may also file a complaint under the Unruh Civil Rights Act.

7. Updates to This Statement

We review this statement regularly and update it as our site, product, and accessibility practices evolve. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
