Phone providers / RingCentral
Route missed RingCentral calls to an AI receptionist that books jobs and captures caller details for your team.

RingCentral is one of the largest cloud business communications providers in the US, with hundreds of thousands of business customers across SMB and enterprise. The full platform is voice, video, messaging, and contact center, but most small service businesses use it just for the phone system that works on desktop, mobile, and desk phones at once. Conditional call forwarding lives under Settings → Phone → Call handling.

Official documentation
RingCentral's voicemail and auto-attendant are powerful tools that mostly don't get used by inbound callers. First-time leads especially: they hit a phone tree or a beep and they're gone, off to whoever picks up first.
CallSaver becomes the destination for missed calls only. Your RingCentral system stays the front door for the business. When your team can't pick up, the AI takes over, has a real conversation, and routes a callback request into your CallSaver dashboard.
Because RingCentral's call handling is per-user, you can roll this out to one role at a time. Start with the line that misses the most calls (usually the owner or the dispatch line) and expand from there.
