Phone providers / Quo
Route missed Quo calls to an AI receptionist that books jobs and captures caller details for your team.
Quo is a modern business phone platform built for small teams and solopreneurs. The product is app-first and the call routing is visual: you build a flow where each step is a condition (ring users, business hours, fallback to external number, and so on). That makes adding "forward to CallSaver if no one answers" a single step instead of a PBX-config exercise.
1. Sign in to Quo
Go to https://my.quo.com and log in with admin credentials.
2. Open Call Flow
In Quo, go to Settings → Phone Numbers → select your number → Call Flow.
3. Set the first step
Make Ring Users the first action so your team gets the call first.
4. Add the fallback
Set the If no one answers fallback to Forward to an external number and enter your CallSaver forwarding number.
5. Enable the flow
Click Enable this call flow.
Official documentation
Quo has a clean voicemail, but voicemails don't book jobs. Most first-time callers (the ones with money to spend) won't leave a message. They'll move on to the next business on Google.
CallSaver slots into your Quo call flow as the fallback step. When the Ring Users step expires without an answer, the call routes to CallSaver, which picks up and has a conversation. The callback request lands in your CallSaver dashboard a few seconds later.
If you add a Business Hours condition above the CallSaver step, the AI handles overnight and weekend calls automatically. You barely have to touch the call flow once it's set.
